The company Machallah Représentation is specialized in the council and the accompaniment of the development of the companies to the international one.
Created in September 2007, our company belongs to a global area network of partners, developed by the group Machallah Représentation.

OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to help the companies to create, develop and defend durably their competitive advantages in a globalized and very competing economic context from now on.
Our main aim is to make it possible the companies to improve their operational performances on the African market by the installation of a comprehensive strategy in adequacy with their own internal potentialities and the exploitation of best opportunities of businesses on the overseas markets.

OUR VISION:
Vis-a-vis universalization, Machallah Représentation asserts a pragmatic vision of the trade of consultant, characterized by a strong culture of the effectiveness and result! This is why we engage at the sides of our customers, since the phase of the strategic reflection until the concrete realization their development projects of businesses to the international one.
Perceived by much like a threat, the globalisation of the markets east far from being a fate. It presents contrary to formidable growth prospects economic for all the companies of the whole world which can adapt their strategy to his multiple stakes in order to be able to build their most decisive and justifiable competitive advantages in time: it is the direction of our intervention!

OUR APPROACH:
To achieve this major goal of total competitiveness for the PME/PMI, we developed a pragmatic design of our trade of council and operational accompaniment.
To effectively accompany the development by the projects of our customers on the African market, it is to help them to answer two essential requirements of the markets:
- the need for reactivity vis-a-vis the quick change of the customer requirements to keep always a length in advance on competition
- and need for controlling the risks and the threats inherent in international environment, combined with a constant step of operational optimization to maintain the conditions of a strong growth of the businesses to the international one.
The contribution of new technologies is essential in the process of minimization of the risks related to international environment and of optimization of the operational performances.
